I am a Seattle, WA video games industry veteran and champion for game development and climate science. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Seattle Indies.Previously I was Executive Director and Director of Operations at Global Game Jam. Prior to GGJ I was a Systems Engineer at Oculus helping ship everything between Rift and Quest 2. I also spent 4 years at Airtight Games helping to ship Quantum Conundrum and Murdered: Soul Suspect in various roles.I am or have been a Founding Board Member for Seattle Indies, the Chapter lead for IGDA Seattle, NW-US Regional Coordinator for IGDA, Regional Organizer and Executive Committee Member for Global Game Jam and the Pacific NW Alumni Coordinator for IndieCade.I also helped found GUILD, a support group for indie game developer community organizers, as well as Games For Our Future, a multi-city game jam that brings together climate science researchers and game developers to make games about climate change and other social impact related issues.
